*Giveaway prize consists of: $100 promotional code good towards their Initial Consultation (winner responsible for only $99) to determine if they are a candidate for and initiate GLP-1 Peptide Therapy (Semaglutide), 4 (four) weekly in-office visits at The Body Mod with exclusive dietary counseling and nutritional support, 4 (four) weekly Lipo-B injections, and 4 (four) weeks of GLP-1 Peptide Therapy medication (to be used consecutively).
