Refunds
Due to the nature of our services and the individualized care plans we create, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results.
Subscription fees paid will not be refunded despite lack of services use, medications, without a written 30-day notice of cancellation. At which point, the final payment will be prorated.
New patients: All payments for Initial Consultations are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of our services and the significant time and resources invested in your care prior to your scheduled appointment — including reviewing medical history, ordering diagnostic testing, evaluating both new and previous lab results. Additionally, the appointment time has been blocked and is not available to another patient.

Exchanges
In the event of damaged or defective products received directly from the compounding pharmacy, you must notify The Body Mod within 24 hours of receipt of product. Please send an email with a picture(s) of the damaged product at support@thebodymod.com and drop your item off at 2783 Orchard Run Rd. Suite A, Dayton, OH 45449. The Body Mod will reach out to the compounding pharmacy to initiate a replacement.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product or bring your product to: 2783 Orchard Run Rd. Suite A, Dayton, OH 45449.
Should you decide to mail your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
